XRD Company recently organized a special equipment safety training, focusing on the safety operation norms and risk prevention of core equipment such as forklifts and cranes. This training focuses on the “Special Equipment Safety Law” and national standards, systematically explaining key aspects such as daily equipment inspection, standardized operation procedures, and emergency response to sudden failures. Combining real accident cases, it analyzes the serious consequences of illegal operations.
By combining theoretical teaching with simulated operations, we aim to enhance employees’ understanding of safety points such as equipment limit devices, load identification, and work environment assessment, effectively improving the risk identification ability and standardized operation level of special equipment operators.
In order to establish a long-term safety management mechanism, the company has simultaneously launched the “Safety Operation Demonstration Post” creation activity, with the safety supervision department leading the development of a phased assessment plan.
