XRD graphitization workshop is officially put into production, marking a new stage for the company in the field of deep processing of graphite. The workshop is equipped with an intelligent high-temperature graphitization furnace group, using 2700℃ ultra-high temperature process and gradient temperature control technology, combined with nitrogen protection environment, to achieve deep optimization of the crystal structure of graphite materials. By real-time monitoring of the carbon atom rearrangement process, the product density is stably controlled in the range of 1.7-1.85g/cm³, the ash content is ≤1000ppm, and the resistivity is reduced, providing semiconductor, photovoltaic and other industries with higher purity and stronger conductivity core components.
The fully automatic material transmission system and the exhaust gas treatment device are activated simultaneously, the single furnace processing cycle is shortened to 72 hours, the production capacity is increased by 40%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 25%, demonstrating the strength of green intelligent manufacturing. The new workshop realizes the serial management of the whole process of “raw materials-graphitization-finishing”, and seamlessly connects with the existing precision processing production line. At present, the annual production capacity of the workshop exceeds 5,000 tons, which can meet the demand for high-performance graphite products in new energy, aerospace and other fields. The delivery cycle is shortened to 10 days, making it one of the domestic large-scale graphite material enterprises.
