Recently, the electricity consumption in the new plant area abnormally increased. Master Ji Liuzhong from the grinding workshop keenly detected this situation and took the initiative to conduct a thorough inspection of the electrical equipment in his designated area. Eventually, he discovered a concealed water pipe rupture that caused continuous leakage, leading to prolonged idling of the water pump and exacerbated power loss. Master Ji immediately took emergency measures, decisively shut down the water pump, and promptly reported the issue for repair. His actions effectively prevented further waste of water and electricity resources as well as equipment damage, demonstrating a strong sense of cost awareness and ownership.
During routine maintenance work, Master Zhang Xinqiang from the landscaping team, with a high sense of responsibility, keenly noticed groundwater leakage in the green belt on the right side of Workshop 1’s entrance. He reported the potential hazard immediately and proactively assisted maintenance personnel in clearing surrounding sludge and locating the leakage point.
