XRD Graphite Load Plates – High-Temp Performance at a Glance
XRD Graphite’s sintering plates, material support plates, loading plates, and other high-temperature furnace load-bearing components have the following main features:
- High-temperature stability: They do not sag or crack under operating conditions above 1000°C, and provide reliable load-bearing capacity.
- Controllable purity and no flaking: The ash content is controlled to a low level, reducing powdering and flaking during use, thus avoiding contamination of furnace materials.
- Uniform density and flat surface: Batch-to-batch consistency is strictly controlled during isostatic pressing, resulting in minimal variation in properties across the entire plate, uniform heating, resistance to warping, and stable dimensions between batches.
- Wide applicability: They can be used in sintering furnaces, vacuum furnaces, semiconductor and lithium battery material sintering processes, and other similar working conditions.
With 30 years of experience in graphite product R&D and processing, XRD Graphite serves the above-mentioned high-temperature support applications. For specific selection, further communication and confirmation are required based on furnace type, temperature, load weight, and atmosphere.
