Recently, the lush Japanese roses at the entrance of the factory premises had grown uncontrollably, with their thorny branches posing a risk of scratching both personnel and vehicles. During a routine inspection, gardener Zhang Xinqiang identified this potential hazard and took on the task of pruning. Drawing on his extensive experience, he precisely trimmed away the hazardous branches and reshaped the overall structure of the plants. This timely intervention effectively eliminated the risks, not only resolving the safety issue but also enhancing the overall appearance of the factory grounds. The effort ensured both safety and tidiness at the entrance area.
