To deepen customer development and precisely address their needs, our sales colleagues proactively arranged business trips to provide on-site services, conducting field surveys of the actual usage environment of graphite components at customer production sites. Today, we focused on visiting the working site of a battery material rotary kiln, where we closely observed its operational status and process characteristics. Based on the customer’s current pain points, we provided targeted solution recommendations. Through this on-site exchange, we further strengthened customer relationships, enhanced trust, and laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation in the future.
