XRD Graphite Material Manufacturing
Molded Graphite
The molding method is to load a certain amount of paste into a mold having a desired shape and size and then press it from the upper or lower portion. Molded graphite has a wide range of properties in terms of mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, density, hardness, electrical conductivity, etc., and can be further improved by impregnating a resin or a metal.
Isostatic Graphite
Isostatic graphite refers to a graphite material obtained by pressing a high-purity graphite powder in a sealed liquid environment at a normal temperature and transferring the powder by ultra-high pressure. Because the pressure in the liquid is equal on each side, it is called cold isostatic pressing. The shaped graphite has the same performance values in different directions.
